Overview

In the banking business, customers trust, transaction security, and quality of service are the priority goals for banks to achieve. Customer behavior and growing demand of easy and flexible banking creates competitiveness among banks to apply modern banking procedures by utilizing advances in technology.

To accommodate BPR (Bank Perkreditan Rakyat) and SME’s requirements for modern banking procedures, telkomsigma has developed SATU, a core banking system with zero investment required. Because SATU uses SaaS concept (Software as a Service), a form of Cloud Computing service delivered by telkomsigma, which provides software, hardware, infrastructure, and IT professional management. Banks are able to concentrate on their core business, cut cost on CAPEX (Capital Expenditures) and focus on OPEX (Operational Expenditures).

Products and Solutions

SATU as a core banking system manages saving accounts, time deposit, loan, accounting, operational and financial reporting. Operated online, real-time and integrated.

Our services also provide capabilities for SMS Banking and ATM Network Integration, enabling current customers easy and flexible access to their funds, while giving BPR the opportunity to develop attractive future products to entice new customers.

SATU also provides BPR with the facility to develop “fee-base” income through payment and purchase transactions. Including payment of TELKOM (telephone) & PLN (electricity) bills and purchasing of cellular credits (FLEXI, Telkomsel, XL etc). As a part of SATU services, we distribute EDCs to BPR, which EDC locations are not restricted to BPR offices, giving customers and none customers capability for payment and purchase transactions anywhere, while receiving fee-based incomes for BPR.
