Jakarta — Telkomsigma once again held a series of programs under Compliance Week 2.0, themed “Guardians of Integrity: Protect Our Values in Every Action”, on Friday, October 24, 2025. The event featured Tri Gati Mareta, VP of Corporate Secretary, Legal, and Compliance at Telkomsigma, who delivered an insightful Leader’s Talk Value session to all Telsigers before the official opening of the week-long program.

Prior to attending the four thematic classes led by representatives from relevant business units, participants listened to Mareta’s session on the importance of working in accordance with regulations to uphold the company’s reputation.

Mareta shared during her remarks at Graha Telkomsigma.

Known fondly as Reta, she emphasized that when employees perform their duties with honesty and professionalism, the positive impact extends beyond the company to supporting functions such as Legal and Compliance. A strong ethical foundation among employees helps minimize potential disputes and crises, reducing the operational burden on legal teams.

Reta also highlighted that ethical behavior directly influences the company’s financial health. By upholding integrity and compliance, employees help prevent unnecessary legal risks and financial losses — strengthening overall corporate resilience.

Compliance Week 2.0 is an initiative led by the Human Capital Business Unit, in collaboration with Corporate Secretary, Legal & Compliance, Governance Risk Management, and Internal Audit. The program engages Telsigersacross all business units through a series of activities, including Compliance Adventures, CompliQuiz, and Campaign Awareness.

The Compliance Adventures program featured four key classes — SMAP/FKAP & Whistleblowing System (WBS), Respectful Workplace, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), and Information Security Committee. The event concluded with the Case File Class, serving as the closing session for all participants.

Through this initiative, Telkomsigma reaffirms its commitment to cultivating a work culture rooted in integrity, accountability, and compliance, ensuring that every business process aligns with company values while enhancing productivity and delivering the best service to customers.
