Jakarta – Telkomsigma continued its Compliance Week 2.0 program series, themed “Guardians of Integrity: Protect Our Values in Every Action,” on Tuesday (October 28, 2025). In this session, Dedi Haryadi, Chair of Telkomsigma’s Personal Data Protection Committee (PDP), delivered a sharing session titled “Telkomsigma’s New Paradigm of Information Security & Data Protection” as part of the Leader’s Talk Value (LTV) series.

During his presentation, Dedi emphasized the importance of every employee’s role in strengthening the company’s cyber defense and safeguarding confidential data.

“Employees are the front line in protecting company data and reputation from harm,” said Dedi while addressing Telkomsigma employees at the LTV session preceding the Compliance Week 2.0 event series.

He further explained that the focus of Telkomsigma’s Information Security and PDP teams lies in fostering a collaborative and proactive cybersecurity culture, shifting the paradigm of employees from being potential risk factors to becoming strategic partners in maintaining information security.

“This ‘employees as strategic partners’ paradigm has proven effective in reducing security incidents and building stronger defenses. It also enhances employee awareness and understanding of personal and company data protection,” he added.

Compliance Week 2.0 is an initiative by the Human Capital Business Unit, in collaboration with Corporate Secretary, Legal & Compliance, Governance Risk Management, and Internal Audit of Telkomsigma. The program engages Telsigers from all business units through various activities, including Compliance Adventures, CompliQuiz, and Campaign Awareness.

In the Compliance Adventures segment, participants attend a series of themed classes and quizzes at Graha Telkomsigma. The program consists of four main classes: SMAP/FKAP & Whistleblowing System (WBS), Respectful Workplace (RWP), Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), and Information Security Committee.

The program will conclude with a Case File session — a collaborative closing class where all participants analyze real-life cases related to the materials discussed in the previous sessions, reinforcing Telkomsigma’s ongoing commitment to integrity, accountability, and ethical business practices.
