Support Business Continuity Plan (BCP)
Our Cloud Computing services uses technology designed to support the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) to anticipate the possibility of a disaster (disaster) or complete failure (complete failure) of the infrastructure that will minimize the disruption of service to customers.

Our Cloud Computing services are housed in telkosmigma’s Data Centers.
telkomsigma currently has 3 data centers:

Our Cloud Computing reliability of infrastructure systems include:
a. Total site failure (Site Recovery Manager)
If there occurs a disaster in our data center and infrastructure, then the service continues operating from our DRC (Data Revocery Center) infrastructure Site.
b. Planned downtime (VMotion)
In the event of maintenance that needs to done in our infrastructure, it can be done while our services remain operational so it does not disrupt services on the customer side.
c. Unplanned downtime (VM Level High Availability & Fault Tolerance)
If there is an interruption in our infrastructure, with a system that features High Availability and Fault Tolerance, the system can continue operating and minimizing the disruption to cloud computing services
