Telkomsigma’s DFBD Business Unit Strengthens Team Synergy Through Well-Being Initiatives

Serpong – In line with the core values of AKHLAK and the spirit of teamwork, the Digital Finance & Banking Delivery (DFBD) Business Unit recently held an Employee Engagement event across two locations: BSD and Bali (15/4). The event was attended by all team members from both sites, reflecting a shared commitment to fostering unity and well-being within the organization.

The gathering aimed to strengthen interpersonal relationships and boost productivity through meaningful interactions and team bonding activities. The event commenced with an inspiring Fire Briefing session led by the Vice President of DFBD, Mr. Royke Dwipura. In his address, Mr. Dwipura motivated employees to remain focused and dedicated in carrying out their roles, emphasizing the importance of accountability and shared purpose.

The program continued with a Potluck and Employee Gift Exchange, where team members brought thoughtful gifts as symbols of appreciation and camaraderie.Through this initiative, DFBD hopes to cultivate a more harmonious and collaborative work environment.
