Jakarta — As a subsidiary of Telkom Indonesia, Telkomsigma reaffirmed its commitment to building sustainable capabilities through active employee participation in the TelkomGroup Learning Festival 2025. Held on June 2, this initiative serves as a tangible effort by Telkomsigma to advance employees’ digital competencies in alignment with the company’s ongoing business transformation.
The Learning Festival, part of the Road to AKHLAK Culture Festival 2025 series, is designed to strengthen digital talent through a self-directed learning approach using the MyDigiLearn platform. Telkomsigma sees this initiative as a critical momentum to enhance the learning agility of Telsigers, enabling them to adapt swiftly to the rapid pace of technological change.
Telkomsigma encouraged enthusiastic participation across all business units, with employees successfully completing the Mandatory Learning courses via LinkedIn Learning. These courses included topics aligned with the BISA values Bravery, Integrity, Service Excellence, and Agility as well as strategic subjects such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cybersecurity, and Digital Leadership, which are key enablers of Telkomsigma’s long-term sustainability.
Beyond skills enhancement, the Learning Festival acts as a catalyst to foster a spirit of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement reflecting the ongoing internalization of AKHLAK and BISA values within Telkomsigma’s culture.
