Telkomsigma Received The First Tier IV Facility Certificate in Indonesia

Jakarta – As the leading data center provider in Indonesia, PT Sigma Cipta Caraka (Telkomsigma) have just received the Uptime Institute Tier IV Constructed Facilities certificate for Data Center Surabaya. The data center they provide is considered as a place that can guarantee the reliability and security of data.

The existence of a data center is also another factor, because it is equipped with several distribution channels for electricity supply and the presence of this active and functioning cooler, will guarantee operational service readiness.

Telkomsigma Chief Executive Officer, Iskriono Windiarjanto stated, “With our success to receive this predicate (Tier IV Facility), it really proves that the services we provided is already accordance with the Uptime Tier-IV class Data Centers which apply internationally.

Through the availability of Tier IV data center, Telkomsigma’s clients will not be affected by downtime during every periodic maintenance. This certification is also strengthens Telkomsigma data center capabilities, increases resilience, maintain functionality and support operations.

In Asia, Telkomsigma have received recognition from the Uptime Institute, such as the first Data Center that holds Tier III Certification of Operational Sustainability (TCOS) at the gold level.
