Serpong - As part of its commitment to implementing the company's sustainability program and creating a lasting social impact in the surrounding environment, Telkomsigma, through its Corporate Communications team and the Al-Falah Mosque's Community Development Board (DKM) at Graha Telkomsigma, collaborated on a Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) activity with the elderly at a nursing home in South Tangerang on Friday (26/9).

The event was attended by Acting VP of Corporate Planning & Transformation Management and Chair of the Al-Falah Mosque’s Community Development Board, M. Chasby Sidqi, Head of Corporate Communication, Melinda Teja Astuti, along with Telkomsigma volunteers. This initiative is part of the company’s ongoing sustainability strategy, carried out in a spirit of collaboration to continuously deliver added value to society.

The program began with welcoming remarks from both parties, followed by a prayer. To create a warm and joyful atmosphere, Telkomsigma also engaged the elderly in fun games and sharing sessions. As the highlight, the company symbolically handed over assistance in the form of clothing, food, shelter items, as well as cash support to help meet the nursing home’s daily needs.

Telkomsigma believes that caring for the elderly is an integral part of inclusive social development, while also reinforcing humanistic values within the company’s sustainability practices. This initiative is aligned with Telkomsigma’s sustainability pillars, which emphasize the balance between business growth, environmental stewardship, and social empowerment.
