Serpong – The implementation of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles in building a sustainable business extends beyond environmental stewardship and corporate governance; it also encompasses social responsibility, which has a direct impact on the community. In line with this commitment, Telkomsigma embraced the spirit of Ramadan by spreading kindness and gratitude through the SIGMAkin Tebarkan Kebaikan initiative, themed "One Heart and Action, Realizing Goodness in the Month of Ramadan" (March 21).

The social pillar of ESG includes initiatives that foster positive societal impact, such as upholding human rights, improving working conditions, promoting diversity, enhancing community engagement, and ensuring occupational health and safety. Through the SIGMAkin Tebarkan Kebaikan program, Telkomsigma contributed to the well-being of orphans by providing essential food aid and charitable support, reinforcing its commitment to social responsibility.

Telkomsigma’s President Director Dwi Sulistiani, accompanied by Rina Susanti, Director of Finance and Risk Management, and I Wayan Sukerta, Director of Delivery and Operations, collaborated with the Mosque Welfare Council and FORSIKATEL Telkomsigma to implement this ESG-driven initiative. This effort also aligns with the company’s AKHLAK core values, particularly the principle of Harmony, which emphasizes collective well-being and unity.

Beyond providing material assistance, the event also featured an enlightening session with Ustad Dr. Hartono Rahimi, MA, who delivered a spiritual lecture encouraging employees to uphold humility and kindness—both in the workplace and within the community—regardless of rank, position, or background.

Through these ESG-driven initiatives, Telkomsigma aims to create lasting positive change, enhance corporate reputation, and foster greater employee engagement in social responsibility efforts.
