Serpong – Dozens of students from Esa Unggul University visited Telkomsigma’s office on Thursday (October 2, 2025) as part of a company visit aimed at strengthening collaboration with educational institutions in Indonesia and providing students with first-hand exposure to the technology industry. The students were accompanied by lecturers from the Faculty of Computer Science, Information Systems Department, Baddie Uddin, S.T, S.Kom, M.Kom, and Qori Halimatul Hidayah, S.Pd, M.Kom.

The agenda opened with introductions, followed by remarks from Telkomsigma’s Head of Organization Development, Tara Callista. Students also received insights into Telkomsigma’s corporate culture, profile, and digital solutions, presented respectively by Luisa Amanda (Culture & Performance Management Officer), Melinda Teja (Head of Corporate Communication), and Nuzli Latief Hermawan (VP of Product Solution Management).

In his session, Nuzli highlighted the rapid pace of technological advancement and evolving industry demands. He emphasized the importance of building relevant skills to thrive in today’s digital workforce, while also sharing projections on future technology trends, particularly artificial intelligence. The interactive discussion and office tour that followed provided students with a closer look at Telkomsigma’s professional environment and role in shaping Indonesia’s digital ecosystem.

“By equipping yourselves with the skills needed today, we hope the younger generation will one day work alongside us at Telkomsigma,” Nuzli conveyed to the students.

This visit not only broadened students’ understanding of Indonesia’s digital ecosystem but also encouraged them to prepare for the AI-driven era by developing both hard and soft skills. The initiative reflects Telkomsigma’s mission to nurture young talent and contribute to the sustainable growth of Indonesia’s digital and technology industry.
