Serpong – As part of its ongoing commitment to operational excellence and safety culture, Telkomsigma conducted the 2025 Emergency Response (ER) Drill at Graha Telkomsigma BSD on Friday, July 18th.

This annual drill is an integral component of Telkomsigma’s Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and aims to reinforce the company’s preparedness in handling emergency situations. For the 2025 simulation, a fire incident scenario was staged at one of the company’s operational facilities. The exercise was carried out in a structured and coordinated manner, involving participation from all internal business units, management representatives, and the internal Emergency Response Team (ERT), alongside external stakeholders such as the fire department and local authorities.

With swift execution and adherence to standard emergency protocols, the entire evacuation process was completed successfully, showcasing Telkomsigma’s capability to manage real-time risks and protect human and physical assets effectively.

Beyond simulation, the ER Drill served as a critical evaluation tool—assessing coordination across business units, the effectiveness of emergency communication systems, and the practical execution of risk mitigation procedures. The insights gained will be instrumental in refining emergency preparedness and enhancing future incident recovery strategies.
