Jakarta - To strengthen a culture of innovation and encourage the birth of ideas and innovations across various business units, Telkomsigma is holding the SIGIDEA (SIGMA IDEA) competition. This competition is designed to accelerate corporate transformation through innovation and strengthen corporate agility in responding to increasingly dynamic market needs (August 28th).

SIGIDEA was initiated as a strategy to increase business effectiveness and efficiency through new, relevant, applicable, and solution-oriented ideas. Innovations resulting from this program are expected to generate value, provide significant added value for the company and its customers, and open up new revenue stream opportunities. Thus, SIGIDEA serves as a catalyst that strengthens Telkomsigma's position as a trusted B2B Digital IT Services provider.

To ensure objectivity and improve the quality of the assessment, all participants from each business unit presented their solutions and innovations before the board of directors, who served as judges: Telkomsigma's President Director; Dwi Sulistiani, Director of Finance & Risk Management; Rina Susanti, Director of Delivery & Operation; I Wayan Sukerta; and the Business Unit Human Capital as the main PIC.

The participation of candidates from each business unit is expected to generate comprehensive and impactful innovations, both in improving internal capabilities and improving the quality of service provided to partners and customers. Through this bottom-up approach, SIGIDEA also serves as a medium to foster a sense of employee ownership in the company's transformation journey.
