Continuously Strengthening Operational Resilience, Telkomsigma Conducts Annual BCP Drill

Serpong - Telkomsigma has once again demonstrated its commitment to ensuring reliability in public services through its annual Business Continuity Plan (BCP) exercise, held on Thursday, August 6, 2026. The exercise aims to ensure that public services operations remain resilient, optimal, and under control under any circumstances.

As part of its risk mitigation efforts and concrete demonstration of governance in accordance with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles, the simulation focused on testing data security and the resilience of the company’s internal systems. The exercise also involved participants from various business units, including operations and the response team, which have a significant role in ensuring the reliability and continuity of Telkomsigma’s internal systems.

In addition to evaluating technical aspects, this exercise also tests the reliability of recovery procedures, the effectiveness of emergency communication channels, and the readiness of coordination across business units within Telkomsigma.
