Delivering Service Excellence, Telkomsigma Successfully Oversees SAP Project Go-Live at PT KBN

Sentul – Telkomsigma once again demonstrated its role as a Preferred Digital Transformation Partner by successfully supporting digital transformation within the national industrial sector through the Go Live Ceremony of the SAP Roll Out project at PT Kawasan Berikat Nusantara (KBN). The ceremony was held at Alana Sentul on January 7.

The Go Live Ceremony was attended by the management of PT Kawasan Berikat Nusantara, including Muhammad Isran, Director of Operations, and Ikhwanoel, Director of Finance and Risk Management. Telkomsigma was represented by Aswin Sahputra, Vice President of Multi-Industry Enterprise Solution (MES). The implementation of the SAP system is expected to enhance operational effectiveness, strengthen governance, and improve transparency across KBN’s integrated business processes.

The successful Go Live marks the completion of the core implementation phase of the SAP Roll Out project, which was closely managed and overseen by the Telkomsigma SAP Project Team in collaboration with KBN. The project will subsequently enter a two-month post-implementation support phase to ensure system stability, optimal performance, and seamless adoption across operational units.
