Serpong – According to a report from Detik.com, the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB) and Bekasi Mayor Tri Adhianto confirmed that the recent flooding in Bekasi City and its surrounding areas reached heights of three to over eight meters. This disaster has significantly impacted local residents, including several Telkomsigma employees living in the affected regions.
Next, the emergency response team continued distributing aid packages to employees affected by the flood. Their swift response was demonstrated through the immediate provision of emergency assistance to those in need. The aid packages included essential supplies such as cleaning materials, instant food, and mineral water. Additionally, the company extended its support by distributing takjil to affected employees and the surrounding community as part of the SIGMAkin Berbagi Takjil program, which was carried out throughout the month of Ramadan.
This initiative, supported by collaboration across Telkomsigma’s business units, reflects the company’s commitment to solidarity and its core values of AKHLAK – Harmonis. Telkomsigma hopes that this emergency aid will provide much-needed relief and support to employees during this challenging time.
