Endless Spirit, Telkomsigma Appreciates Modern Kartini

Serpong – Celebrating Kartini Day, Telkomsigma continues to uphold the spirit of Raden Ajeng Kartini—a pioneer of women’s emancipation—by encouraging women to actively pursue self-development and professional growth. In line with this, Telkomsigma Management, together with Ni Made Leni Setiawaty, Leader of Forsikatel Telkomsigma, hosted a meaningful event titled “Shining in Work and Inspiring with Telkomsigma Srikandi Action” at Graha Telkomsigma, BSD (21/04).

In her remarks, Dwi Sulistiani, President Director of Telkomsigma, accompanied by Rina Susanti, Director of Finance and Risk Management, emphasized that determination is the foundation of strength for women in fulfilling their multifaceted roles—both as professionals and as key figures in their families. This year’s Kartini Day celebration also served as a platform for management to extend appreciation to all female employees who continue to advocate for equality and excellence in the workplace.

The core agenda of the event, “Sharing is Caring,” featured inspiring stories from Srikandi Telkomsigma representatives across generations—from Gen X to Gen Z—who shared their perspectives as modern-day Kartinis. Their stories highlighted how generational differences can foster collaboration, rather than division, in building a stronger and more inclusive company culture.

A key part of the event was the online voting for the Srikandi Telkomsigma task force, which determined the leadership for the roles of Chairperson, Secretary & Treasurer, and Head of the Communications Division. The event concluded with a heartfelt gift exchange session—simple yet deeply meaningful to all the participants.
