Serpong - To ensure safe and uninterrupted services ahead of the 2025 Christmas and New Year (NATARU) holiday period, Telkomsigma carried out preventive maintenance activities at one of its critical operational areas located in Graha Telkomsigma 2, BSD (December 6). This effort aims to maintain service availability amid potential increases in data traffic.
The maintenance focused on ensuring the reliability of backup power systems, particularly generators that play a key role in supporting operational continuity during peak demand. The building management team, together with relevant stakeholders, conducted thorough inspections to ensure that all critical areas remain secure, stable, and well-controlled.
This activity is part of Telkomsigma’s compliance with governance standards under the ISO 22301:2019 Business Continuity Management System, reinforcing the company’s commitment to infrastructure readiness and the delivery of optimal, always-on (24/7) customer service.
