Serpong – To ensure service readiness ahead of the Christmas and New Year (NARU) holiday period, Telkomsigma held an online SIAGA NARU Kick Off on December 17, 2025. This activity marked the commencement of an intensive service readiness period, which will take place from December 19, 2025, to January 6, 2026.
The SIAGA NARU Kick Off was officially opened by I Wayan Sukerta, Director of Delivery & Operations of Telkomsigma, signaling the activation of the SIAGA NARU Command Post as the central coordination hub for service monitoring and control throughout the year-end holiday period.
The implementation of SIAGA NARU reflects Telkomsigma’s commitment to delivering reliable and sustainable digital services, in line with its vision as The Preferred Digital Transformation Partner. This initiative is also part of the company’s implementation of ISO 22301:2019 Business Continuity Management System, reinforcing the principle of Always On 24/7 service.
Through the SIAGA NARU Command Post, Telkomsigma ensures customer services remain safe, stable, and well-controlled during the holiday period. This readiness is supported by real-time infrastructure monitoring, rapid incident response, and close coordination among technical teams to maintain service continuity and performance.
