Telkomsigma Supporting Bank Kalbar Resilliance, through Security Operation Center Services

Serpong – As the banking industry accelerates its digitalization efforts, cybersecurity has become a critical priority especially for institutions operating essential infrastructure and handling sensitive customer data that is increasingly vulnerable to cyber risk. In response to these challenges, Telkomsigma welcomed a strategic visit from the Commissioners and Directors of Bank Kalbar at Graha Telkomsigma to discuss its Security Operation Center (SOC) services (11/14).

The visit was attended by Bank Kalbar’s leadership team, led by Eddy Suratman, President Commissioner; Ilham Wamono, Independent Commissioner; and Rokidi, President Director. They were received by Telkomsigma’s Board of Directors: Dwi Sulistiani, President Director; I Wayan Sukerta, Director of Delivery & Operation; Rachmat Wijaya, VP of Banking and Finance Business; and Muh. Nazarudin Latief, VP of Infrastructure and Cyber Security Delivery Operation.

As the banking sector plays a vital role in maintaining national economic stability, cybersecurity must remain a top priority. During the session, Telkomsigma presented its end-to-end cybersecurity capabilities, including its Security Operation Center (SOC) designed to strengthen risk management and cyber threat mitigation. The discussion also explored key topics such as Data Governance and Customer Data Privacy, which are essential pillars of secure digital operations.

This visit is expected to reinforce strategic collaboration and support the banking sector through trusted cybersecurity solutions. The partnership underscores Telkomsigma’s role as an enabler of national digital transformation.
