Telkomsigma Enhances Governance in the Delivery and Operation Directorate to Support Future Business Sustainability.

Telkomsigma remains dedicated to reinforcing governance across its business operations to ensure sustainable growth and success. This commitment was demonstrated through the governance implementation socialization event held at the Delivery & Operation Directorate. The event took place at Graha Telkomsigma 2 in BSD and was organized by the Data Protection Officer (DPO) business unit on February 4th.

Representatives from each business unit within the Delivery & Operation Directorate participated, with the Director of Delivery & Operations, I Wayan Sukerta, joining the event virtually. The primary objective of the event was to reinforce understanding and implementation of governance processes during the transition from delivery to operations. The focus was on ensuring comprehensive documentation of the process, establishing best practices, and upholding information security standards in the handover of services and ongoing projects.

This socialization effort is expected to foster improved collaboration between business units, particularly between the delivery and operations teams, and identify optimal solutions that will enhance the overall performance of the company.
