Telkomsigma Enhances Risk Management Capabilities Through the FREDERICA Application

Serpong – Telkomsigma continues to proactively mitigate potential risks across its business operations through the 2026 Risk Register Refreshment socialization, involving Risk Champions from all business units. The activity was conducted online from December 16 to December 19, 2025, and coordinated from Graha Telkomsigma 2, BSD.

The session aimed to align a shared understanding of strategic risk identification, management, and monitoring processes, ensuring the company is well-prepared to navigate evolving business dynamics and future challenges. As part of the initiative, the Governance and Risk Management (GRM) Business Unit also introduced feature enhancements to the FREDERICA application, designed to further improve the accuracy, effectiveness, and consistency of enterprise risk management practices.

Through this initiative, Telkomsigma reinforces its commitment to strengthening corporate governance, increasing organizational awareness of risk management, and ensuring that every business unit is optimally prepared to support the company’s sustainable growth and long-term performance.
