Telkomsigma Strengthens Emergency Readiness with Rescue and Evacuation Training

Serpong – Telkomsigma reaffirms its commitment to ensuring uninterrupted business operations under any circumstances. This was demonstrated through the Rescue and Evacuation Training held at Graha Telkomsigma 2, BSD (16/7).

The initiative was a collaboration between Telkomsigma, the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI), and the Water Police Search and Rescue (SAR Polairud). The training was attended by members of the Emergency Response Team (ERT) and the building management team. It aimed to equip participants with essential knowledge and skills to effectively respond to emergency situations, including earthquakes, fires, security threats, and other hazardous conditions within the GTS 2 environment.

This proactive measure is expected to add significant value to the company by enhancing business continuity and operational resilience, enabling Telkomsigma to consistently deliver excellent service to its customers.
