Jakarta – Telkomsigma conducted an Emergency Response Drill (Emergency Response Simulation) with an earthquake scenario at Graha Telkomsigma, BSD, Tangerang, on Thursday, (11/5)

This activity involved all Telkomsigma employees and the emergency response team, including the Site Coordinator, Evacuation Team, Floor Wardens, Rescue Team, and the security team, who assisted in directing the evacuation process in a professional and coordinated manner.

The simulation aimed to raise employee awareness and readiness for dealing with emergency situations while educating them on the correct actions to take during a disaster. As part of the company’s annual routine, this activity aligns with Telkomsigma’s commitment to implementing the ISO 22301:2019 Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS) standard, ensuring the continuity of operations even in the face of potential disaster risks.

Telkomsigma also emphasizes the importance of diversifying scenarios in simulations to provide employees with a broader understanding of various types of disasters. This approach not only enriches knowledge but also strengthens disaster risk mitigation capabilities, promotes calmness, and improves effective responses during crises.

The entire simulation was conducted in accordance with the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), as demonstrated through the coordination and responsiveness of the team during the activity.
