Serpong – In its commitment to fostering a productive and harmonious work environment, Telkomsigma continues to prioritize not only performance achievement but also the health and welfare of its employees. This commitment was demonstrated through the Briskwalk activity, organized alongside the President Director and the Director of Finance and Risk Management, which took place around the Graha Telkomsigma 2 office, BSD, on February 14.
Entitled "A Journey of a Thousand Miles Begins with a Single Step," the event was initiated by the Finance and Accounting (FAC) and Financial Planning and Control (FPC) business units, both of which play a critical role in sustaining the company's performance. Beyond offering a platform for more informal interaction, the event aimed to strengthen communication among employees and foster a greater sense of unity within the workplace.
The event was officially opened by Rina Susanti, Director of Finance and Risk Management, followed by remarks from Dwi Sulistiani, President Director. During the event, Dwi Sulistiani engaged directly with employees, listening to the challenges faced by various business units and discussing the significant role of Culture Agents/Culture Boosters (CA/CB) in supporting future activities like this one to optimally achieve work-life balance.
Through this initiative, Telkomsigma aims to not only support employees' work-life balance but also foster stronger connections among colleagues in the finance unit. This, in turn, will help maintain team solidarity and enable the company to continue driving toward its ultimate goal of achieving sustained positive performance in the future.
