Serpong – In a bid to foster innovation, collaboration, and active engagement between management and employees, the Telkomsigma Board of Directors recently shared valuable insights and engaged with employees from the Delivery & Operations Directorate at Graha Telkomsigma on Friday, January 24th.

The event was attended by Dwi Sulistiani, CEO of Telkomsigma, Rina Susanti, Director of Finance and Risk Management, I Wayan Sukerta, Director of Delivery & Operations, along with several senior leaders. The session began with a Pound Fit exercise, followed by an insightful discussion, where employees from the Delivery & Operations Directorate shared their thoughts and aspirations.

Rina Susanti, Director of Finance and Risk Management, underscored the importance of incorporating the AKHLAK values, particularly Amanah, into daily work practices. She emphasized the need for time discipline, such as punctuality and maintaining focus during work hours, as an essential aspect of professional responsibility.

Meanwhile, I Wayan Sukerta, Director of Delivery & Operations, highlighted the strategic significance of all business units within the Directorate of Delivery & Operations in driving operational success and supporting the company's overall growth. He also stressed the importance of collaboration and synergy among business units to ensure optimal achievement of company targets.

The session concluded with a fire briefing delivered by CEO Dwi Sulistiani. She reinforced the significance of building strong connections between business units to create a harmonious, collaborative work environment. Dwi emphasized that a spirit of togetherness and mutual support across business units is essential for achieving the company’s goals efficiently and effectively.
