Yogyakarta — As part of its ongoing efforts to enhance employee competencies within the Technology Strategy Planning Unit, Telkomsigma—through its Human Capital Development and Human Capital Industrial Relations teams—conducted a two-day Technology Strategy Planning Development Program held from Thursday to Friday (November 6–7).
The program featured a series of sessions, starting with Compliance Adventure, which covered key corporate regulations such as the Anti-Bribery Management System (SMAP), the Whistleblowing System (WBS), and the Respectful Working Place (RWP). This session aimed to ensure participants fully understood the company’s compliance standards and workplace ethics.
The HConnect session highlighted three main topics: Organization Transformation, Career & Development Program, and Culture. Participants received insights into the company’s organizational structure, career development and certification pathways, as well as Telkomsigma’s corporate culture, including the BISA core values.
Participants also joined the High Impact Presentation training, which offered both theoretical and practical guidance to strengthen their presentation and professional communication skills.
In addition, the program included group discussions for team leads and an interactive Culture Booster chat session, providing a platform for sharing perspectives and deepening understanding of Telkomsigma’s work culture.
Through this comprehensive series of activities, Telkomsigma reaffirms its commitment to developing employee capabilities and preparing its workforce to navigate future business challenges and organizational transformation.
