Telkomsigma Launches Srikandi Management to Empower Women

Serpong – In commemoration of Kartini Day, Telkomsigma held the election of the Srikandi Telkomsigma Management as a tangible step toward supporting women's empowerment in the workplace. The event, held on April 21st, was attended by Telkomsigma President Director Dwi Sulistiani, Finance and Risk Management Director Rina Susanti, Srikandi representatives from each Business Unit, senior leaders, and members of FORSIKATEL Telkomsigma.

One of the main highlights of the event was the election of the Srikandi Telkomsigma Management for the 2025–2027 period, comprising the roles of Chairperson, Secretary, and Head of Division. The election process was conducted transparently through a voting system, which began with candidates presenting their vision and mission as a form of commitment to their prospective roles.

The establishment of this management team aims to create an organizational structure capable of driving various female empowerment programs in a more strategic and impactful manner. The voting results led to the appointment of the following leaders:

• Srikandi Chairperson: Dewi Nurzalita – Head of Corporate Planning and Reporting, Corporate Strategy and Planning

• Secretary: Putu Lestari – Head of CoE Multi-Industry and Enterprise Solution, Multi-Industry and Enterprise Solution Delivery

• Field Chairperson: Tara Callista – Head of Strategy and Organization Development, Human Capital

These three elected leaders represent the managerial heads from the CEO, Finance and Risk Management (FRM), and Delivery Operation directorates. They will carry out their responsibilities with support from the Srikandi TelkomGroup task force for subsidiaries, represented by Deviyanti Setionegoro, Specialist in Resource and Project Management Office.

This election reflects Telkomsigma’s strong commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable work environment while promoting the active participation of women in strategic decision-making.
