AirNav Explores Talent Management Integration Through Site Visit to Telkomsigma

Serpong – To support digital integration and strengthen its talent management system, AirNav Indonesia conducted a site visit to Telkomsigma at Graha Telkomsigma 2, BSD (February 26).

The visit served as a strategic forum to discuss the development of the Integrated Talent Management System (ITMS) while also facilitating the exchange of insights on digital transformation within the Human Capital domain. The meeting was attended by Didiet K. S. Radityo along with the relevant team, and was welcomed by Rina Susanti together with Adam Kamil and the Telkomsigma team.

During the session, Telkomsigma shared several key insights, including an overview of HC Application benchmarking and UI/UX review, the uniqueness of Human Capital management within the B2B IT services industry, and discussions on digital solutions that can support governance strengthening within AirNav. The dialogue also emphasized the importance of system integration, user experience optimization, and the utilization of technology to enable data-driven decision-making in talent management.
