Driving Organizational Transformation, Telkomsigma Hands Over Assignment Decrees to Senior Leaders

Serpong – As part of its efforts to strengthen organizational structure and capabilities, Telkomsigma officially handed over Employment Decrees (Surat Keputusan/SK) to two Senior Leaders during a ceremony held at Graha Telkomsigma 2, BSD, on February 3.

The event reflects management’s commitment to placing top talent in strategic roles to support the sustainability and growth of TelkomGroup’s business. The decree handover was led by Telkomsigma Managing Director Roberto Surya Negara, accompanied by Acting President Director and Director of Delivery & Operations I Wayan Sukerta, as well as Director of Finance and Risk Management, who concurrently serves as Commercial Director, Rina Susanti.

During the ceremony, Wita Astari, previously Vice President of Cloud Business, was appointed as OSM Private Service Solution Architect within the Enterprise Product & Solution Development Sub-Directorate under the Enterprise and Business Service Directorate, based in Jakarta. This assignment is expected to strengthen the development of Telkom Indonesia’s service solutions, ensuring greater relevance and alignment with enterprise customer needs.

In addition, M. Nazarudin Latief, previously Vice President of Infrastructure Network & Cyber Security (INCS) at Telkomsigma, was officially appointed as Principal Expert for PDNS Operations within the Engine Team, Solution, Delivery, and Assurance Division, Jakarta. This strategic role is expected to ensure the operational reliability of PDNS while supporting service and infrastructure management focused on quality, security, and service continuity.

Through the handover of these Employment Decrees, Telkomsigma reinforces its strategic commitment to strengthening technical and functional leadership while enhancing organizational readiness to navigate the rapidly evolving digital industry landscape.
