Serpong – Telkomsigma has officially concluded the Christmas and New Year (NARU) Command Post following the successful safeguarding of operational services throughout the 2025 Christmas and 2026 New Year holiday period. The closing was held at Graha Telkomsigma 2, BSD, on January 24.
The conclusion of the NARU Command Post marked the completion of the company’s service readiness phase, highlighted by the achievement of zero downtime across all critical and strategic services. I Wayan Sukerta, Director of Delivery & Operations and Acting President Director of Telkomsigma, attended the session and conveyed his appreciation to all teams who maintained continuous 24/7 service oversight, including monitoring, incident management, and structured technical escalation to mitigate potential service risks during peak traffic periods.
This achievement reflects the effectiveness of Telkomsigma’s infrastructure preparedness, the consistent implementation of the Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) aligned with ISO 22301:2019, and strong cross-unit coordination throughout the NARU operations. Technical and operational teams carried out preventive controls, real-time system surveillance, and prompt response measures to ensure service stability under heightened operational demand.
The closing of the NARU Command Post also served as a governance checkpoint, reinforcing Telkomsigma’s commitment to continuous improvement in operational resilience and service assurance. Through this momentum, Telkomsigma remains focused on delivering dependable, sustainable, and zero-downtime digital services, while strengthening its role as a trusted partner in supporting customer operations and the national digital ecosystem.
