Serpong – To safeguard operational reliability and ensure uninterrupted business services, Telkomsigma consistently conducts scheduled maintenance on electrical infrastructure within critical operational areas. This activity forms part of the implementation of ISO 22301:2019 related to the Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) and was carried out at Graha Telkomsigma 2, BSD, on January 11.

The maintenance scope covered detailed inspection, testing, and servicing of electrical transformers and medium-voltage panels to ensure system performance remains within established technical and safety parameters. These preventive measures are essential to maintaining electrical system stability, supporting continuous business operations, and reducing the risk of unplanned service interruptions.

In addition to its operational importance, this activity reflects Telkomsigma’s ongoing commitment to strengthening corporate governance in alignment with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles, particularly within the governance and occupational safety domains.
