Reinforcing Zero Downtime Commitment, Telkomsigma Prepares for Business Continuity Management System Audit

Serpong – Telkomsigma continues to strengthen the implementation of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles, particularly within the governance pillar. This commitment was reflected in the Kick-Off of the ISO 22301:2019 Internal Audit for the 2026 Business Continuity Management System (BCMS), which was attended by cross-functional units and conducted virtually on January 19.

The Internal Audit Kick-Off was officially opened by I Wayan Sukerta, Director of Delivery & Operations and Acting President Director of Telkomsigma. In his opening remarks, he emphasized the importance of collective commitment across all work units to support the effective implementation of the BCMS as a key foundation of strong corporate governance, while ensuring the reliability and continuity of business operations and customer services.

This initiative represents a strategic step by Telkomsigma to reinforce governance practices and enhance organizational readiness in addressing potential risks and operational disruptions. The ISO 22301:2019 internal audit plays a critical role in safeguarding business process reliability and strengthening organizational resilience in a sustainable manner, in line with Telkomsigma’s commitment to service excellence and a zero-downtime orientation.
