Enhancing Project Management Effectiveness, Telkomsigma Business Units Introduce NEXUS Tool

Serpong – As part of its efforts to strengthen project governance and improve the effectiveness and transparency of project management, the Corporate Information System (CIS) Business Unit conducted a socialization session on the transition of Project Management Tools from SharePoint to NEXUS (ERPNext). The session was held as part of the CIS SoulsDay series at Graha Telkomsigma 2, BSD, on January 14.

During the session, CIS introduced NEXUS (ERPNext) as a customized and integrated platform designed to support end-to-end project recording, monitoring, and control. The materials presented covered the objectives of the tool transition, an overview of NEXUS features and modules, key changes compared to the previous system, as well as the benefits that support more structured, transparent, and measurable project management processes. The activity was attended by Lukas Adi Pamungkas, Vice President of CIS, along with all CIS team members.
