Jakarta - Telkomsigma reaffirms its commitment to fostering transparency and accountability in every aspect of its business operations through the implementation of the Whistleblowing System (WBS) - a dedicated platform for reporting alleged violations within the company.
As part of the Compliance Week 2.0 series titled “Guardians of Integrity, Protect Our Values in Every Action,”Telkomsigma’s Internal Audit (IA) team delivered a session on the WBS, elaborating on the types of complaints that can be submitted. These include cases of bribery, corruption, abuse of power, information manipulation, unlawful acts, and unethical behavior. Reports may also be accompanied by initial supporting evidence to ensure proper follow-up.
The IA team emphasized that Telkomsigma is firmly committed to protecting the confidentiality and safety of whistleblowers. All information, documents, and reports submitted through the WBS are treated with strict confidentiality and used solely for investigation and resolution purposes.
Furthermore, the IA team underscored that every Telkomsigma employee plays a crucial role in upholding integrity and preventing bribery or gratuity practices. Employees are encouraged to:
Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures,
Maintain both personal and professional integrity,
Raise awareness of ethical practices,
Report potential violations responsibly, and
Support a clean, ethical corporate culture.
Through this initiative, Telkomsigma aims to strengthen awareness and encourage Telsigers to actively participate in safeguarding the company’s integrity by speaking up against any form of misconduct that may threaten business sustainability and corporate reputation.
