Maximizing Potential: Jogja Solution Center Telkomsigma Set to Become an Innovator

Yogyakarta – To strengthen the spirit of innovation, collaboration, and engagement between management and employees, the Board of Directors of Telkomsigma conducted a strategic visit to the Jogja Solution Center (JeSiCa) on Friday (13/12).

The visit was attended by Telkomsigma’s CEO, Dwi Sulistiani; Director of Finance & Risk Management, Rina Susanti; Director of Delivery & Operations, I Wayan Sukerta; and several Senior Leaders, who joined the JeSiCa team.

The agenda began with a brisk walk, followed by a sharing session where insights were exchanged with the Telkomsigma Board of Directors.

During the session, I Wayan Sukerta, Director of Delivery & Operations, presented on "Building a Digital Culture in Indonesia." He emphasized the critical role of accelerating digitalization to support cross-sector transformation and create competitive advantages for companies in the face of technological challenges.

Rina Susanti, Director of Finance & Risk Management, followed with a presentation on "Building a Spirit of Togetherness and Cultivating Young Talent." She highlighted the importance of team synergy and the development of young talent as key pillars of corporate innovation. According to her, the younger generation plays a strategic role in driving business growth and maintaining competitiveness amid rapid changes.

The event concluded with a motivational briefing from Telkomsigma CEO Dwi Sulistiani, who underscored the importance of adaptability among young talent in an era of rapid technological advancements. "Young talent is the company’s main asset. We must ensure they are prepared to face challenges and seize opportunities presented by the ever-growing digital transformation," he stated.

This session marked a strategic moment, reinforcing Telkomsigma’s commitment to fostering an innovative and adaptive work culture while solidifying the role of the Jogja Solution Center as a key innovation hub supporting business growth and digitalization in Indonesia.
