Reinforcing Good Governance, Telkomsigma Conducts Certified Legal Audits

Jakarta – Telkomsigma participated in the Certified Legal Auditor Education and Certification Program in collaboration with the Indonesian Legal Auditors Association (ASAHI) and the Jimly School of Law and Government (JSLG).

The intensive five-day program covered key aspects of legal auditing, including objects, subjects, and professional standards, and was concluded with a certification exam under the Indonesian Legal Auditor LSP framework. As part of the assessment, participants were also required to prepare and present a comprehensive legal audit report.

Legal Auditor certification is highly relevant for companies, particularly when conducting or becoming the subject of corporate actions, as it helps mitigate potential legal and compliance risks.

Through this participation, Telkomsigma strengthens its internal governance practices and reaffirms its commitment to upholding ESG principles. This initiative not only enhances organizational capability but also supports sustainable business continuity in the midst of a dynamic digital industry.
