Strengthening Digital Service Quality, Telkomsigma Enables Telkomsel’s Achievement of ISO 25010:2023

Jakarta - Demonstrating its commitment to delivering excellence for customers, Telkomsigma continues to play a strategic role in supporting Telkomsel’s end-to-end process in achieving ISO certification. This commitment was reflected in the “Journey ISO 25010:2023 Process & Certificate Handover” event held at the Telkomsel Smart Office (TSO) in Jakarta (November 27).

The event was attended by Vinsesius Payong Dosi, VP Telco, Enterprise, Integration Delivery (TEID), who symbolically handed over the certification to Derry Santoso, GM IT Quality Assurance & Deployment at Telkomsel, witnessed by key senior leaders. The ceremony underscored Telkomsigma’s full support for Telkomsel in upholding both national and global product quality standards.

As part of this collaboration, Telkomsigma ensured optimal audit execution and implementation monitoring, especially for strategic applications such as Dunia Games, Moana, MyTelkomsel, DSC, DigiPos, and the Telkomsel Portal.

With the attainment of the ISO 25010:2023 certification, Telkomsigma reinforces its position as a trusted strategic ICT partner for Telkomsel.
