Telkomsigma Strengthens Legal Competence in Crisis Management, Corporate Action, and Business Transformation

Jakarta - Telkomsigma’s Legal team participated in the Hukumonline 2025 training on crisis management and business transformation, held on Tuesday, November 18, 2025. The training was designed to strengthen participants’ understanding of financial crisis mitigation strategies and corporate restructuring mechanisms.

Fajar Herriyanto, Head of Corporate Legal and Strategic Advisory, attended and took part in an in-depth discussion that explored the legal, technical, and managerial dimensions of corporate crisis handling. The session opened with an explanation of the early indicators of a business crisis such as liquidity pressure, declining solvency, and loss of market confidence that may threaten business continuity.

The training also emphasized the importance of timely restructuring as a strategic step to maintain operations and prevent legal implications such as debt moratorium (PKPU) or bankruptcy. Participants learned about key stages in corporate restructuring, including financial diagnostics, liability profile assessment, and the formulation of restructuring options such as refinancing, rescheduling, and debt-to-equity conversions.

Beyond financial restructuring, the material also covered transformation strategies through corporate actions, including mergers, acquisitions, and spin-offs. The session clarified regulatory obligations and disclosure requirements that companies must fulfill when executing these actions.

Through this program, participants gained a holistic understanding of the legal, financial, and organizational approaches needed to manage crises and lead corporate transformation effectively.
