Strengthening Leadership, Telkomsigma Takes Strategic Steps Toward Sustainable Growth

Serpong – Telkomsigma continues to demonstrate its adaptability to industry dynamics by maintaining organizational stability and reinforcing the sustainability of its long-term business strategy. This commitment was reflected in the Honoring the Journey event, held at Graha Telkomsigma 2, BSD, on January 6, which marked the appreciation of Telkomsigma’s President Director for the 2024–2026 period and welcomed the newly appointed Managing Director.

Through this event, the leadership of Telkomsigma’s President Director was officially transitioned from Dwi Sulistiani to I Wayan Sukerta, who was appointed as Acting President Director of Telkomsigma while concurrently serving as Director of Delivery & Operations. This leadership transition represents a strategic step to ensure operational continuity and to further strengthen the execution of Telkomsigma’s business direction amid the rapid evolution of the information technology industry.

On the same occasion, Telkomsigma introduced Roberto Surya Negara as Managing Director, reinforcing the company’s leadership structure. The appointment of a Managing Director is expected to support more strategic, integrated, and forward-looking decision-making, while serving as an important milestone in shaping Telkomsigma’s future direction and sustainable growth.
