Telkomsigma Empowers Women Leaders in Digital Transformation through Women in Tech

Jakarta – Telkomsigma showed its commitment to empowering women in technology through the Women in Tech event themed “Leading Through Innovation: Drive Digital Transformation in Tech Business,” held in collaboration with Alibaba Cloud Indonesia. This event served as a strategic forum to inspire and strengthen the role of women as leaders in accelerating digital transformation across various sectors. It was attended by more than 50 participants from BUMN, banking, government, and TelkomGroup. In her remarks, Dwi Sulistiani emphasized the importance of continuous innovation as the key to addressing the challenges of Industry 4.0, and highlighted Telkomsigma's strategic role in driving the national digital ecosystem through technology collaboration. Vista Dianita, VP of Strategic Partnership at Telkomsigma, continued by explaining the positioning of the Telkomsigma–Alibaba Cloud partnership, collaboration opportunities, and partnership strategies. The panel discussion at the Women in Tech event featured inspiring female leaders who shared their experiences and strategies in driving digital transformation. Wita Astari, VP of Cloud Business at Telkomsigma, explained TelkomGroup's capabilities and Telkomsigma's role, together with Alibaba Cloud, as digitalization enablers across various sectors. Pinky Meiska, Enterprise BD Director at Alibaba Cloud Indonesia, highlighted Alibaba Cloud's leading technology portfolio. Ari Pratiwi, GM of IT Strategy & Planning at PT BNI (Persero), shared BNI's digital transformation strategy, including the challenges and successes experienced by its customers. Meanwhile, Tiara Ariesta, VP of HC Strategy & Talent Management at ID Food, discussed the importance of cross-generational leadership, female talent development, and ID Food's approach in aligning digitalization with HR readiness and organizational culture.
