Telkomsigma Strengthens Internal Synergy to Boost Business Effectiveness

Yogyakarta – Telkomsigma continues to strengthen internal synergy to enhance business and service effectiveness. This commitment was demonstrated through a collaborative visit and workshop conducted by the Multi Industry, Enterprise Solution Delivery (MES) business unit at JeSICA on Tuesday, February 27, 2024.

The visit was welcomed by Huda Pristiwanto, Head of JeSICA, and Pri Desta Yudha, Acting VP of Technology Strategy & Planning. Representing the MES team were Ajie Susanto, VP MES; Ferry Firmansyah, VP RPMO; Stefanus Astrianto, GM SSO; and Ari Lesmono, Head of Support Operation MES.

During the session, both teams provided updates on the progress of ongoing projects. Additionally, the MES business unit facilitated a workshop on Managed Operation from SAP, aimed at enhancing the team's knowledge and capabilities in system operations management. Beyond the technical discussions, the session concluded with a motivational segment for JeSICA MO SAP members, reinforcing the spirit of collaboration and professionalism within the team.

Through this initiative, Telkomsigma hopes to further strengthen the synergy between MES and JeSICA, ensuring a more seamless project delivery process and driving business performance towards greater excellence in the future.
