Serpong - Telkomsigma continues to enhance its efforts to minimize potential risks in daily business operations, particularly in the area of building maintenance. This commitment was demonstrated through the “GTS 2 Building Management Operations Team Refreshment” event, held in collaboration with Graha Sarana Duta (GSD) at Telkomsigma’s BSD office on October 16.
The event was attended by more than 60 participants, with the objective of improving performance and strengthening collaboration among Office Boys, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Security teams. During the session, Dedi Sobandi, Area Manager for Tangerang and Banten at GSD, shared practical strategies for effective field operations to enhance overall accuracy and efficiency.
The forum not only covered technical topics such as building maintenance procedures and facility issue management but also emphasized the critical role of communication as a key component in delivering excellent service across Telkomsigma’s operations.
Through this initiative, Telkomsigma reaffirmed its commitment to maintaining a safe, comfortable, and productive work environment, while ensuring that all supporting facilities operate effectively to sustain smooth and reliable business operations.
