Serpong – To continuously enhance internal capabilities and understanding of quality management and service standards, particularly in IT Service Management Systems, Telkomsigma conducted an ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 Awareness Training for relevant business units. The training took place in the Kelimutu Room, Graha Telkomsigma 2, BSD, over two days, from March 18 to 19, 2024.
ISO 9001:2015 is an internationally recognized standard governing Quality Management Systems (QMS) within organizations. During the training, participants gained insights into strategies for improving product and service quality, as well as enhancing operational efficiency. Meanwhile, ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 focuses on IT Service Management Systems (ITSMS), providing a framework for organizations to manage IT services effectively and efficiently, ensuring service quality, and meeting customer expectations. The training also introduced IT Delivery Management as a newly included area under ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 20000-1.
By participating in this program, business units are expected to bridge existing gaps, gain a comprehensive understanding of each clause within ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018, and develop a clearer perspective on implementation within the company. This initiative also serves as a strategic effort to support long-term business sustainability.
