Guarding Service Stability, Telkomsigma Affirms Zero Downtime Commitment Throughout Eid Al-Fitr

Jakarta – In a continued effort to maintain service reliability and performance during the Eid al-Fitr 1446 H holiday period, Telkomsigma reaffirmed its commitment through an official visit by Telkom Indonesia’s Director of Strategic Portfolio, Budi Setyawan Wijaya, to the RAFI 2025 Command Post. The visit was conducted in a hybrid format, with activities centered at the Telkomsigma Integrated Operation Center (TIOC) located in Graha Merah Putih (GMP), Jakarta, and connected virtually to other RAFI command posts across various regions in Indonesia on Monday (3/25).

Attending in person at the central RAFI 2025 Command Post at TIOC GMP Jakarta was Budi Setyawan Wijaya, Director of Strategic Portfolio at Telkom Indonesia, accompanied by senior executives. Simultaneously, at the Telkomsigma RAFI Command Post, President Director of Telkomsigma Dwi Sulistiani, Director of Delivery & Operation I Wayan Sukerta, Head of the RAFI 2025 Task Force Stefanus Astrianto Nugroho, and the onsite team were also present and connected live to the central TIOC post.

During the visit, Director of Strategic Portfolio Budi Setyawan Wijaya expressed his appreciation for the dedication and preparedness of all personnel involved in maintaining service excellence and achieving zero downtime. He also emphasized the importance of staying alert until the official closing of the RAFI 2025 operations, despite the absence of critical disruptions to date. Furthermore, he encouraged all team members to maintain their health, enthusiasm, and readiness throughout the remaining operational period.

At the session, Head of the Telkomsigma RAFI Task Force Stefanus Astrianto Nugroho reported that service operations remained secure and under control, with a consistent zero-downtime record. This initiative is a tangible demonstration of Telkomsigma’s unwavering role in ensuring continuous, high-quality service for customers—particularly during nationally significant periods such as Eid al-Fitr.
