Minimizing Risks, Telkomsigma Actively Promotes Data Security Regulations

Serpong – As part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen information security and personal data protection, Telkomsigma, through its Data Protection Officer (DPO) Business Unit, held a sharing session entitled "Strengthen PDP Regulations for More Secure Privacy Data", at Graha Telkomsigma 2, BSD (23/4).

This initiative represents Telkomsigma’s firm commitment to educating and raising awareness among all employees about the importance of Personal Data Protection (PDP) regulations—especially in supporting secure and reliable data governance in the digital era.

In his opening remarks, Dedi Haryadi, Chair of the Personal Data Protection Committee and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), emphasized that awareness and proper management of personal data is not the sole responsibility of a single unit, but a shared responsibility across the entire organization.

Through this session, the company aims to further strengthen employee understanding of PDP regulations and their practical application in day-to-day work activities. Ultimately, Telkomsigma strives to foster a secure work environment, ensure regulatory compliance, and uphold sustainable customer data protection.
