Strengthening Business Continuity, Telkomsigma Conducts External BCMS Audit

Serpong – To strengthen corporate governance and ensure the continuity of business operations, Telkomsigma held the Closing Meeting for the External Audit of the Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) with the independent certification body TÜV SÜD at Graha Telkomsigma 2, BSD (March 10).

The activity formed part of the external audit process for the implementation of ISO 22301:2019 Business Continuity Management System, aimed at ensuring the organization’s readiness to maintain service continuity and operational resilience in the face of potential business disruptions. The audit was conducted comprehensively to evaluate governance practices, risk management frameworks, and the effectiveness of operational recovery plans implemented across Telkomsigma.

During the closing session, the audit team presented the evaluation results of the BCMS implementation, covering organizational readiness in responding to incidents, cross-functional coordination in crisis management, and the consistent implementation of business continuity policies and procedures. The assessment plays an important role in ensuring that every operational process within the company is supported by a structured and integrated risk mitigation framework.
