Telkomsigma CEO Implements RWP Policy to Deliver a Sustainable Vision in BUMN

Jakarta – In an effort to create a more comfortable and inclusive workplace for all employees, Telkomsigma attended an invitation from WIKA BUMN for an event titled The Power of Your Voice: Women in Roles Shaping a Respectful Professional Workplace Environment, held at the WIKA office in Jakarta on February 7.

The CEO of Telkomsigma, Dwi Sulistiani, was present to discuss how to implement the Respectful Workplace Policy (RWP) at Telkomsigma and maintain professionalism in the workplace. In her presentation, Dwi highlighted the diversity in gender and age within Telkomsigma, which serves as a reference for the company’s ongoing commitment to maintaining a conducive and comfortable environment free from discrimination, harassment, and violence.

The implementation of RWP at Telkomsigma is one way the company embraces the AKHLAK value of harmony. An inclusive work environment can significantly enhance employee productivity.
