The event was conducted in a hybrid format, with the main location at the TIOC Command Center, Graha Merah Putih in Jakarta, and connected via video conference to various strategic posts, including the TIOC Graha Telkomsigma post. Present at the event were Telkomsigma's Director of Delivery & Operations, I Wayan Sukerta; SVP of Managed Service Operations, Iman Sukmana; and other senior leaders from Telkomsigma, all demonstrating their readiness and synergy in supporting TelkomGroup’s operations.
