BPR Kanti's 13-Year Digital Transformation Journey with Telkomsigma

Jakarta – The 13-year digital transformation journey of BPR Kanti in partnership with Telkomsigma stands as a testament to how strategic collaboration between the banking sector and technology providers can drive sustainable innovation and business growth. Since 2008, BPR Kanti — one of Bali’s leading rural banks — has entrusted Telkomsigma as its primary partner in delivering comprehensive digital banking solutions, from its Core Banking System to virtual account services (November 26).

This long-term partnership has not only strengthened BPR Kanti’s internal operations but also enhanced its competitiveness in an increasingly dynamic banking industry. The implementation of the SATU Core Banking System, supported by Telkomsigma’s Mobile Banking and SMS Banking solutions, has enabled BPR Kanti to accelerate transaction processes, improve customer service efficiency, and build stronger customer trust through integrated automation.

Telkomsigma has also played a critical role in helping BPR Kanti adapt to evolving banking regulations. For example, the bank successfully implemented the credit restructuring policy mandated by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) under POJK No.10/2019 and POJK No.33/2020. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Telkomsigma’s support ensured not only regulatory compliance but also improved process efficiency, enhanced BPR Kanti’s resilience in serving customers during uncertain times, and safeguarded stable, competitive business continuity.
