Jakarta – In support of PT Taspen’s ongoing digital transformation of its pension payment services, Telkomsigma organized a series of strategic workshops for PT Taspen branch offices in six major cities—Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, Makassar, and Medan. The workshops were conducted simultaneously from Wednesday to Friday (November 22).
The primary focus of these sessions was to ensure alignment between the head office and branch operations so that system implementation could be seamlessly integrated, maximizing its impact on service quality improvement.
During the workshops, Telkomsigma also shared updates on the development of an enhanced operational system designed to accelerate PT Taspen’s service processes. This system aims to deliver greater efficiency, transparency, and security, ensuring a superior experience for beneficiaries.
Participants had the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with the Andal Taspen application through live demo sessions, supported directly by the Telkomsigma team. Teams involved in these workshops included the Multi-Industry & Enterprise Solution Delivery Business Unit, the Digital Finance & Banking Solution Delivery Business Unit, and the Project Management team, ensuring smooth execution across all cities.
Through these initiatives, Telkomsigma not only ensured the effective rollout of the Andal Taspen application but also reaffirmed its active role in driving PT Taspen’s journey toward sustainable digital transformation.
